Dayna Foster

Dayna is a paralegal at Raboin & Francis. She married her husband, Gary, in 1991 and moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area, where she began her legal career as a legal assistant at The Raboin Law Office. Dayna’s legal career has spanned several areas of the law. In October 2018, Dayna’s career path brought her back to Raboin & Francis, where she serves as John Raboin’s primary paralegal. Dayna and Gary have three children, Marisa, Dustin and Baylee, and two granddaughters. In her free time, Dayna enjoys boating, spending time with her granddaughters, and traveling with her husband.

Tiffany Sieling

Tiffany joined the Raboin & Francis team in 2022 as a paralegal for Attorney Michelle Francis.  She graduated from Lake Superior College with a Legal Administrative Assistant degree in 2010 and was hired at a personal injury law firm in the Twin Cities.  In 2016, she began working for a county attorney’s office also in the Twin Cities, where she worked for five years.  After several years of enjoying the city life, she and her husband, Justin, made the decision to move back to the Brainerd Lakes Area as that was originally home for both of them.  Justin and Tiffany have one son, Connor, and a Husky named Hershey.  In her free time, Tiffany enjoys camping with her family, going to classic rock concerts, fishing, traveling, being at the beach, and having bingo date nights with her husband.

Carrie Morris

Carrie is the office manager at Raboin & Francis. She joined the team in 2022. She is currently working on a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Bemidji State University. Born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area, Carrie currently resides in Baxter with her husband, Ricky, and their children, Connor and Paige. The family enjoys visiting all the local attractions. Their favorites are playing at Big Jay's Pizza Arcade and walking through Stoney Brook at Fritz Loven Park.

Cole Oslin

Cole joined the Raboin & Francis team in 2023 as a legal writer. A graduate from Concordia University, St. Paul, he holds degrees in History and Social Studies Education. While most of his professional career unfolded in education and coaching, he boasts a diverse background in writing and research. Concurrently pursuing his master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, Cole resides in the Brainerd lakes Area with his wife, Bethany. He finds joy in activities such as running, traveling, and cheering on Minnesota sports.

Amy Trosen

Amy rejoined the team at Raboin & Francis in 2021 as a paralegal/writer. She previously worked for the Firm for several years in the same position. She is a published author specializing in creative non-fiction. To her, the creative arts play an important roll in fostering an atmosphere of kindness in the world. Everybody has a story. Every story is important. Amy travels the world to collect stories. She spends her spare time planning the next adventure on her bucket list.
