Dayna Foster

Dayna is a paralegal at Raboin & Francis. She married her husband, Gary, in 1991 and moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area, where she began her legal career as a legal assistant at The Raboin Law Office. Dayna’s legal career has spanned several areas of the law. In October 2018, Dayna’s career path brought her back to Raboin & Francis, where she serves as John Raboin’s primary paralegal. Dayna and Gary have three children, Marisa, Dustin and Baylee, and two granddaughters. In her free time, Dayna enjoys boating, spending time with her granddaughters, and traveling with her husband.

Nichole Koering-Marks

Nichole recently joined Raboin & Francis and serves as Michelle Francis’ primary legal assistant. She was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area. She is a local graduate with an AAS degree in Criminal Justice and a hobby in photography. Nichole and her husband Lukas have four children and enjoy spending time camping, boating, hunting, and fishing.

Paula Gall

Paula has been the Office Manager at Raboin & Francis since 2017. Paula is from the Brainerd Lakes Area. After several years in Denver, Colorado, Paula and her husband, Aaron, moved back to Minnesota to raise their boys around family. They have two sons, Connor and Bryson. When Paula isn't running her boys to various sporting events, she enjoys spending time on the lakes, four wheeling with her family and trips to Disney World.

Bobbyjo Balderas

Bobbyjo is a Legal Writer at Raboin & Francis. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2020 with her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Working in the legal field has given her new appreciation for the skills needed to analyze fact patterns and create legal arguments. Originally from Grafton, North Dakota, Bobbyjo shares her home with her fiancé, Chase, two dogs, and four cats. In her free time, she loves playing piano, house projects and home decor, spending time with her family, and traveling.

Amy Trosen

Amy rejoined the team at Raboin & Francis in 2021 as a paralegal/writer. She previously worked for the Firm for several years in the same position. She is a published author specializing in creative non-fiction. To her, the creative arts play an important roll in fostering an atmosphere of kindness in the world. Everybody has a story. Every story is important. Amy travels the world to collect stories. She spends her spare time planning the next adventure on her bucket list.
