Dayna Foster
Dayna is a paralegal at Raboin & Francis. She married her husband, Gary, in 1991 and moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area, where she began her legal career as a legal assistant at The Raboin Law Office. Dayna’s legal career has spanned several areas of the law. In October 2018, Dayna’s career path brought her back to Raboin & Francis, where she serves as John Raboin’s primary paralegal. Dayna and Gary have three children, Marisa, Dustin and Baylee, and four granddaughters. In her free time, Dayna enjoys boating, spending time with her granddaughters, and traveling with her husband.
Carrie Morris
Carrie is a legal assistant at Raboin & Francis, having transitioned from her previous role as office manager. She stepped into this position in December 2024 and brings a strong background in business management, holding a bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Ricky, who owns 371 Diner in Baxter, and their two children, Connor and Paige. Whether supporting her family’s business or staying busy with her kids’ activities, she loves being part of the local community.
Cole Oslin
Cole joined the Raboin & Francis team in 2023 as a legal writer. He holds bachelor's degrees in History and Social Studies Education from Concordia University, St. Paul, and a master’s degree in History from Southern New Hampshire University. With a background in education, coaching, writing, and research, Cole brings a well-rounded skill set to the firm. He lives in Aitkin with his wife, Bethany, and their daughter, Lauren. Outside of work, he enjoys running, traveling, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams.
Terra Butcher
Terra joined Raboin & Francis as the office manager in April 2024. Terra joins the team with a variety of customer service skills that have equipped her for the challenges of managing a law office. Originally from Arkansas, Terra moved to Minnesota with her husband, Grant, in 2009. Terra and Grant live in Breezy Point with their four children, Haven, Brennan, Hadleigh, and Bennett. In her free time, Terra enjoys reading, crafting, traveling, and creating lasting memories with her family.
